Raphael Mwinzagu’s practice is mainly focused on real estate, property development for commercial and residential properties, project finance, joint ventures and banking securities.
He advises clients on all aspects of real estate including acquisition and sale of property, due diligence, joint ventures, mixed-use developments, negotiations and drafting of necessary contracts.
Raphael is also experienced in carrying out due diligence on properties, advising on land use, planning, user restrictions and zoning and other matters affecting properties in Kenya.
Raphael is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and attained his law degree from the University of Nairobi. In addition, Raphael is currently serving in Parliament as a Senator representing the youth.
