Our Attorneys

Rashid Mbwiza is an Associate Advocate with expertise in Litigation, Conveyancing, Commercial Law, Probate Law and Mediation. He is also a Judiciary-Accredited Mediator. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya where he sits as the chair of the ADR Committee of the Mombasa Law Society for the term ending December 2024.

He holds a postgraduate diploma in Law and is an alumni of The University of Nairobi. He is trained and was Certified by the Mediation Training Institute (International) East Africa as a Certified Professional Mediator. He has 4 years experience working as a Mediator where he has mediated over 70 cases. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC).

He is a Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) Mediator and A Pro Bono Lawyer for the Supporting Inclusive Resource Development project (SIRD) East Africa which is a project of the East Africa Law Societies and the Canadian Bar Association with the objective of protecting the rights of women and the vulnerable in the exctrative sector. Mr Mbwiza is also the Chair of the Organization for Creative Leadership (OFCL) CBO in Kwale County where he volunteers to create awareness about Mediation to the community and offers legal aid.
